Capacity Assessment and Training provision for Protecting Lake Hawasa Multi-stakeholder platform (PLH MSP) Partners (Client: GIZ NatuReS Ethiopia)
- delivered a strategic theory of change for improving identified skill areas and ensured alignment with GIZ-NatuReS methodologies.

- Evaluated health service delivery and nutrition programs to improve efficiency and reduce malnutrition for a project by USAID, IOM & KNCV
- Led monitoring of supply chain efficiency across 105 health facilities in Ethiopia for USAID
- Conducted qualitative documentation for USAID’s Growth Through Nutrition program.
- Led usability testing for IOM’s migration app and supported KNCV’s COVID-19 research.
Agricultural Development and Rural Livelihoods
- Conducted field research on modern farming adoption and rural livelihood strategies for USAID.

- Assessed urban and rural water supply systems and led baseline assessments for USAID’s WASH programs for USAID & UNICEF

- Led needs assessments and end-line evaluations of emergency response programs, ensuring data accuracy and ethical standards for USAID

Internal Evaluation of SRVC & AMS Projects (Client: GIZ SRVC and AMS project):
- We led and conducted a qualitative assessment of GIZ’s Ethiopia projects such as Strengthening Rural Value Chain and Agricultural Mechanization Service by focusing on outcome monitoring applying Qualitative research methodology.
Our responsibilities include managing FGDs and KIIs, leading facilitated participant engagement, conducted qualitative analysis using ATLAS.TI, managing field level operations, report write-up, conducted final presentation and provided expert recommendations for improving project effectiveness.
Stakeholder Analysis for Dembel-Shalla Sub-Basin Platform (Client: GIZ NatuReS Ethiopia)
- We were commissioned by GIZ NatuRes to lead stakeholder mapping and analysis for GIZ NatuReS Ethiopia to strengthen the multi-stakeholder platform in Zeway/Denbel Shalla Sub-Basin (DSSB)
Our responsibilities included exhaustive stakeholder identification, categorization, and adherence of GIZ NatuReS NRAF manual to mapping and visualization of stakeholders using onion mapping tool, developing comprehensive excel data-base of all stakeholders for easy retrieval and update. We also conducted qualitative analysis using ATLAS.TI, report write-up and presented findings with strategic recommendations for enhanced collaboration.
Convening, creating and facilitating multi-stakeholder Partnership through a series of assessments, consultation, review and generation of relevant documents pertinent to CLS Partnership formation in selected 3 Critical landscapes (CLS) across Central Ethiopia and Benishangul-Gumuz regions (Client: GIZ LaGo III Ethiopia)
- Our responsibilities include assessing stakeholder dynamics, analyzing socio-economic contexts, identifying risks and opportunities, assess perceptions difference on land related risks, developing value propositions, and recommending sustainable land use and other solutions tailored to each landscape. The assessment followed qualitative research approach involving key and relevant stakeholders across all administrative units starting from regional, zonal, woreda and kebele level. The qualitative data was gathered through KII, FGDs and facilitated group discussion with relevant public, private and CSOs. The transcripts were analyzed using a thematic approach by conducting an ongoing coding and thematic analysis to generate comprehensive report.
Qualitative study on the situation of the current land administration professional standard standard and mix to develop a comprehensive and fit-for-purpose professional standard for land administration sector in Ethiopia (Client GIZ LaGo II)
- Our responsibilities include assessing the current professional mix, identifying global best practices, and proposing strategic recommendations to address identified gaps.

- We were commissioned by GIZ LaGo II to lead and Conducted assessment on the recent development in Microfinance (MF) sectors affecting the microfinance sector and their implications on SLLC (Secondary level land certificate) loan product users.
- Our responsibilities were literature review including the study by AEMFI (Association of Ethiopia Micro finance institutions), research tool development, stakeholder interviews, field operations management, qualitative data coding in ATLAS.TI, and final reporting with presentation and conducting Seminars.
